Anyma V (plugin version of the Anyma Phi/Omega engine)

I’m finding the Anyma V very inspiring to use. I’m not super technical so the big hurdle for me is just to understand the workflow but even just playing around shows off what huge potential is in there!!

@join, the UI needs a magnification setting. I use a 150 DPI monitor, the UI is not respecting the Wayland (Linux) magnification, having its own setting is the next best. Thanks!

They released a final version the other day, with a bunch of new stuff:

They also say that activation should work for the next few years. They released final firmware updates for their existing hardware in recent days too.

Sort of?

You can’t buy the synth.

…which means you can’t register the synth through the coupon code provided.

…which means it’s already broken.

Product listing technical issue has been verified.

Its not a technical issue, they are out of business, they have ceased trading.

I was talking about activation of the software for people that already own it and already registered any coupon they may have been given (eg kickstarter backers). ie I am on about ongoing activation on up to 3 computers for several years to come.

Coupon codes are another matter entirely, unfortunately.

I am those people, except for the “already registered” part.

(Maybe the v1.3 update could have processed these coupons internally, bypassing the closed store?)

Probably insurmountable technical challenges in implementing that as a technical solution, especially with short notice and lack of resources. At a bare minimum what they should have done was to be much more explicit with their recent messaging, making it completely clear that coupons couldnt be used once they closed on the 1st November, instead of assuming that everyone would realise that.

If it had happened to me I would try emailing them at support@aodyo.com - it may already be too late to get a reply from that address, but it is worth a try.
