Bitwig doesn’t come with a controller type for the Continuum. I found an incomplete controller script somewhere and customized it to add selectable pitch range, and it’s served me pretty well with my Mini. I planned to try adding more controls but got busy with work (and ran into roadblocks because of limited docs on extending Bitwig),

Remove the .txt added to the filename avoid getting blocked. Let me know how it goes!
