Eigenarp Pico isnt Turning on Consistently (Catalina)

Hello,

I recently updated to Catalina and now, sometimes when I activate the eigenharp (by loading a setup) nothing happens. But other times it works. What do you think is causing the problem? has anyone encountered this?

id need to see some logs, and some information to get a clue…
is the mac seeing the pico at all?

its odd it sometimes work and not others.
