Well the FL Studio forum has been hostile to my requests for MPE support so I made a template that should allow any MPE input, with pitch bend, polyphonic aftertouch, and cc74, with note colors for all channels. This is far better than any other solution I’ve seen, and only requires the MIDI shape shifter VST to work. I know there are other CC’s used on other instruments, but I haven’t found a comprehensive list yet so I’ll update it as requested.
If you want to really dig into Patcher, you can set up functions and feedback loops between channels to do really crazy things.
