I havent been able to find any evidence of this, but maybe I looked in the wrong place? Last release I saw still said no MPE support yet. What version are you speaking of?
Version 300 20399 from u-he.com (not the beta thread on KVR). It’s a little confusing because if you go to the products page on u-he.com it still just links to the old version, but if you click the products dropdown menu at the top, then it shows both the old and new versions. That’s why I made sure to include a hyperlink in the wiki. Also, I just realized they only have the Windows version up, plus they don’t bother to mention it’s actually mpe capable on the product page. I had to try it out to realize it was. I imagine Urs and his team were understandably a little too busy to sweat the small stuff. ![]()
Added TAL-J-8X, Elastic OSC, Zebra 3.
Previous Zebra 3 beta had MPE pitch bend bug with certain DAWs, so I held back on adding it, but thats fixed in the final beta. Release version could come as soon as this week (and then the price will go up).
Elastic OSC now available as a desktop plugin, and they came up with a company name, so I edited that entry. I will add more direct links to existing instruments over time too, but am starting this mission slowly.
Added the new Arturia Memory V.
Realised that Cherry Audios Memorymode was missing from the list despite supporting MPE, so added that one at the same time.
Added the new GForce Sequential Prophet~5.
Added links to a bunch more synths and tried to make the formatting more consistent.
Realised Imaginando FRMS was missing from the list and added it.
Added missing entry for Arturia Augmented Persia, added lots more links.
JB Audio Mpefy shows some signs of being discontinued and replaced with a product called MPE HUB. Adjusted listing so that these are listed under JB Audio.
Marked a few other instruments as discontinued too.
Simplified some of the caveats mentioned for a few listings. Removed a few bits of info about exact product versions where MPE support was added, due to the passage of time making that info less pertinent or, for example in the case of Pigments, because all updates to that product so far have been free anyway.
I hope to make another edit in 4 hours time because I really hope the new synth from Cherry Audio that will be announced later today includes MPE support.
Added Unusable Engineering Partials & Discrepancies Partials & Discrepancies | Additive Polysynth Plugin
Melatonin Sine Machine supports MPE pitch bend so far, and the author wants to see comments from people who wish for the other MPE dimensions to be supported MPE · Melatonin
I havent added it to the main list yet due to the current limitation.
